All Levels Yoga

Join Marti Anne Lahood for this class that’s designed for all levels of yoga students! Whether it’s your first class or your 1,000th you will be sure to benefit and leave feeling taller and more relaxed. This class consists of a series of gentle poses, postures and positions while calming the body and the mind. You’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat; however,, one can be provided for you to use during the class if needed.

Wednesdays in May at 10am, starting May 8th (May 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th)

Morning Meditation

Meditation is the art of silencing the mind. Renee Oswald, Certified Hypnotherapist, will be teaching a few tools to get more inner peace in our life. The benefits can include improved concentration, knowledge of self, and proper detachment.
